Shipping 

Please allow two weeks lead time for your order to be completed.

Large items such as fabric by the yard and pillows will be shipped via UPS.  Smaller items such as swatches may be shipped with UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on size, weight, and method.

Returns and Refunds

All of our items are made or cut to order, so we're unable to accept returns on any products. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we can provide a replacement or refund for the damaged or missing products. Send an email to info@klimakastudios.com with your information and order number so we can assist you.

Orders may not be cancelled once production starts, which is usually within 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please reach out to info@klimakastudios.com to see if it is possible.
